Is my data private?
Yes. Your meal photos are analyzed to identify the dish and then discarded, never stored. We never sell your data and we never show ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
How accurate is the AI?
Every calorie and macro figure is an estimate. Katori shows you what it detected so you can confirm or correct it before anything is logged, and it is tuned to be most accurate on South Asian and Indian dishes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store account settings. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and manage Katori there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Does it work offline?
Manual logging and barcode logging work offline. AI photo scanning needs an internet connection to analyze your meal.
How do I delete my account?
Any time, in the app: open Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and meal history. You can also email us to request deletion.
