What Katori is, what we found, and the assets to use. No email needed first.

Katori is a calorie and macro tracker built specifically for Indian food. Generic trackers were trained on sandwiches and salads, so they guess at a thali: they log soya chaap as chicken, paneer as tofu, and miss the ghee entirely. Katori starts from a dish database built for desi meals, where every published number is calculated from a stated recipe rather than copied from another chart. The accuracy work is public: 45 dishes with their recipe basis, confidence level and preparation spread, plus an audit of where the commonly quoted figures fall apart.

Key findings

Quotable, and every figure is published with the recipe it came from.

The dataset

Headline calories and macros for all 45 dishes, one row each, free to reuse with attribution. Download the CSV (45 dishes). The recipe basis, confidence level and preparation spread behind each number live on the individual dish pages.

Brand assets

The wordmark is available as the social card (1200 x 630 PNG) and the bowl mark as an SVG icon. For vector logo files, print resolution or anything else, email us and we will send them over.
