Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on annual plans. Weekly has no trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
It converts to the annual plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Why is the price different in my country?
Prices vary by region and the App Store charges in your local currency.
Is there a monthly plan?
No, weekly and annual only.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, free on request for everyone. Pro Max also exports instantly in the app.
What can my friends see?
Your username, dhaba, level, streak, badges and dhaba decorations. Never your meals, calories, weight or goals.
Does Katori send notifications?
No push notifications. Friend activity shows up in an in-app inbox. If you start a free trial, your phone reminds you 2 days before it ends.
When do my daily scans reset?
At midnight in your own time zone.
